Hm…well…my favorite quote about ninjas comes from one of my favorite comics, Runaways where the Runaways walk into their hotel room to find it full of ninjas.
“Chase: That’s a lot of ninjas
Nico: It’s a bunch
Chase: That’s more than the usual amount of ninjas.”

I have been working on some ninja cupcake related things for my shop. Perhaps I will post pictures later, when said awesome is closer to being done. Thanks for the inspiration twinnie!

Ninjas are sneaky. I once met a group of ninjas before–can’t say where, it’s still very hush hush. I was with “them” on a secret mission that was top priority when it came to their lives. They had first asked if I wanted to join them on this mission as it might kill me in the process, of course I accepted–I needed to save them. So there we were, ski masks donned, black kohl heavy underneath each eye, and black combat boots tied. The objective? Survival. The reason? Because. The process? Drove. Where? The supermarket…dun dun dun.
We love marshmallows. I’m sorry but they are the essence of “ninjas”. Soft and fluffy and yet deadly. After the 50th one it has been discovered that the consumer will explode. They appear cuddly (the ninjas) but after a round with us we can destroy you from the inside out. (Just like the marshmallows!). Of course the hidden whoopee cushion attacks work fairly well.
So there we were gouging on marshmallows in the parking lot. Yum!
The End.
…Seriously, I have no idea what I just wrote. *Salutes*
PART II of WTH is Yan writing?:
The ninjas are attacking! The ninjas are attacking!
As Arnold Schwarzenegger out it: “I’ll be back” with a fresh new brain and possibly something that makes sense *drools from left side of mouth*

Let me tell you about this amazing new book that is being released. It’s called Silver Phoenix and is sure to be a best selling book in no time! The author had been writing about the process this past year on her blog. I was captivated and inspired reading about her journey to find an agent all the way through the publishing process. (I especially enjoyed all the blogs about the great foods she ate on her travels.)
Then today, I came across a webpage that said I could win a signed copy of the book! I can’t tell you how excited I was! All I had to do was post a link to the contest or write a ninja related comment. I know what you’re thinking. Ninjas??? What does that have to do with anything? I know, I know. I asked the same question. I decided to post a link instead.
Right after I posted a link on my facebook page, the strangest thing happened. At first, I thought I was seeing things. What looked like little black dots started zipping across my computer screen. I blinked a few times. Then I took off my glasses. Surely, I had something on them. Nope. Not a spec. I leaned in very close to see just what the dots were and WHOA! TINY NINJAS!
I immediately reached for the magnifying glass in my desk drawer. One had a sword, another nunchucks, and yet another with throwing stars. They were slicing and dicing the text of my post! Oh no you didn’t! No one messes with my chance to win a signed copy of THIS amazing book!
Those years of computer programming were about to pay off! Frantically, my fingers entered line after line of code. A few minutes later, in flies my hero, Snoopy, atop his red dog house suited up for battle. He zipped back and forth so quickly, plowing down the ninjas with invisible bullets that they didn’t even have time to respond. Ninja speed ain’t nuthin’ compared to how fast this adorable little beagle moves!
Once all the ninjas were destroyed, Snoopy landed his dog house plane and joined me for a tasty hero sandwich! Thank you, pal! This signed book is as good as mine!

I was walking along the road one day when BAM, a ninja jumps out of the tree in front of me. I almost began to run for my life when BAM he handed me a cupcake. It was a good cupcake too. Chocolates my favorite!
